The magazine was packaged poorly and the back of magazine looked like it had water stains and damaged. This was bought brand new but did not receive it this way.

I'm sorry you feel this way about the magazine but it is brand new. The Vogue magazine cover can be easily damaged and it usually has scratches even on the shelves in the shop.

I'm sorry you feel this way about the magazine. The Vogue magazine cover can be easily damaged and it usually has scratches even when it's on the shelves in the shop. They don't sell them packaged in the see through bag in the UK like other countries, hence the slight damage on the cover. I can assure you the magazine is brand new.
