(1) I sent the seller a question about the item. He answered it promptly and fully. (Not everybody does that.) (2) He then shipped the item to me promptly. (The LAST GUY pretended that a "snowstorm" had prevented him from getting to the post office for five days. I checked. They had TWO INCHES.) (3) The item is exactly what he promised. (4) And when packaging it, the seller put the blocks of styrofoam into little plastic bags, so I don't now have tiny white balls all over my house. Bravo!
