Made a mistake, didn't mean to leave this seller any feedback as CD arrived snapped in half, was only sent in paper envelope, with no jewel case it needed padding or card protection. Also had to pay surcharge to Royal Mail as a counterfeit stamp was used. Seller refused to take responsibility and eBay had to step in for refund.

Most disc only orders are sent standard letter (5mm) and are protected by a high quality plastic wallet. Weight and width permitting, the insert and slipcover may also be included. All orders are well packaged, but letter size and weight restrictions for discs leave these items vulnerable rough handling. If a disc or other item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the outer packaging and submit a damaged on arrival claim. In this case I offered the buyer a full refund and a replacement disc.
