I contacted the seller who established that YODEL had lost the parcel and he despatched a replacement item by Royal Mail next day delivery, I cannot fault the service that the seller provided, however, this isn’t the first time that I have had issues with YODEL who I’m my opinion are the worst performing couriers in the country.
