Fragile item was extremely poorly packaged for shipping, and arrived broken (see picture). Once I looked at the outer envelope, I realized I had overpaid for shipping. Looks like this seller has a good feedback record, but watch out if things go wrong. It's difficult to communicate with a seller as arrogant as this person. Seller wanted me to spend even more money to ship the broken item back. I already overpaid shipping and why should I spend even more time and $$$ when seller clearly at fault.

BEWARE about this buyer! We packed it thoroughly upon shipping. We offering FULL REFUND with return of item back. The buyer is refusing to return item and want money back. The buyer refused to follow Ebay protocol. This is NOT right and NOT fair .
