    There must be a solid level base ready prior to delivery with easy access and with no height restrictions. We don't lift over walls, fences, garage roofs e.c.t due to insurance purposes. If Our delivery guys get there and they can't get it into your garden, Then the Item will become a delivery only (kerbside delivery) and the customer will be expected to erect it their self. Delivery is only one way (from us to you) if the customer decides they done want the item then its up to the customer to return the item with their own courier service. There are delivery charges depending on where you live and we do also offer a free fitting service with every shed/summer house, there are no hidden charges in any of our buildings for fitting, The delivery lads erect hundreds of shed/summer houses every year and are very competent at what they do but as this is a totally free service we offer and can accept no responsibility the way building is erected or felted, the customer also has the option to fit it their self

I asked for an additional window to a shed, they could not be more helpful. The summer house was delivered and erected in just over an hour and the delivery team were just as helpful as the company itself.
