I paid less than £20 for a watch that can be taken down to 100 meters!?! I recently bought a £200 watch that is according to the maker "waterproof"! Lorus (& remember this probably has a Seiko movement) can build & sell a watch for a tenth of the cost & give it a respectable 10 Bar water resistance? Bought it as I needed a watch for working in a hydrotherapy pool that needed to be accurate but also waterproof. Basically, it works & does the job I paid less than £20 for a watch that can be taken down to 100 meters!?! I recently bought a £200 watch that is according to the maker "waterproof"! I Wanted a watch that was different waterproof for swimming in a pool and made by a reputable company that I had heard of there are MASSES of watches on EBAY from companies that I have NEVER of so I avoided them in my search This LORUS watch caught my eye because of its colour and it was different. I was prepared to pay up to £ 35 so when this watch was offered at half that price it was a NO BRAINER and I bought it VERY HAPPY I Wanted a watch that was different waterproof for swimming in a pool and made by a reputable company that I had heard of there are MASSES of watches on EBAY from companies that I have NEVER of so I avoided them in my search This LORUS watch caught my eye because of its colour and it was different.
