    The kettle was described as New, which, although the box looked as though it had sustained substantial ‘wear and tear’ the kettle inside looked good - that was until I realised one of the filters was missing. I contacted the seller, who offered a partial refund of £5 so I could purchase a filter. I didn’t want the hassle of returning the item so I am now in the process of finding the appropriate filter. Unfortunately my overall experience has not been a positive one.

    Crock pot slow cooker.

    Brilliant, used one for decades. Economical and easy, great for busy people, put everything in , in the morning, switch on and leave. Really versatile, not just mains, can do cakes, desserts etc.

    Great value, VERY simple to use (no need for fancy controls on a slow cooker!), pot feels nice and solid. Great results. House smells yummy all day as food bubbles away in pot :-) Cooking for 2, but makes enough for 6 servings (so great for freezing etc).
