GREAT Seller communication. Item was exactly as described and my keyboard is back at 100% functionality.
Only thing I'd recommend is slightly more official-looking packaging (a printed address label?), or perhaps a note in the package that indicates the contents/the ebay seller info. It was securely packaged, no damage to the item, but it was just a regular envelope with a few layers of seemingly random paperboard, tape, other insulation - it didn't look official and it took a bit to identify.

I had a question on which product I needed and he happily looked at the pics I sent and directed me on what to get, and then was able to get a custom order that was exactly what I needed. He was fast to respond and got my item shipped out and to me quickly. When the item arrived it was packed extremely well, which was great because with small pieces I was a little worried about how they would be handled in shipping. Everything was perfect from start to end!!
