They are as described although the packets they are in are " scruffy " and look to have been opened. The use by date only goes to August 2024. The foil which hold each cassettes is intact. This product does what it says on the label, or does it? I have awarded it 4 stars as I feel it is too early to say if there is a significant improvement in the quality of my shrubs/roses compared with previous years. The weather in 2016 has been so much better than 2015 that may well affect the plants. Several poor blooming roses have picked up after a few week and now looking healthy. Buy it!! Obviously the other cheaper feed I had been using was lacking the ingredients in this...primarily copper
