Seller didn’t have proper shipping materials large enough to ship the item so they folded it in half and provided no cardboard to protect the item so it was creased and crushed during the shipping process. Seller tells me that it’s my fault for not requesting priority insured shipping. also told me basically I should’ve known what type of service I was getting based on the shipping price listed. tried to return the item and seller was extremely rude and not helpful throughout the process.

"WOW" how do you respond to a claim like this? When you choose to NOT pay for insurance and when you only pay $4.00 postage you will not get overnight priority shipping. We can't help if the USPS did anything to your package when you only pay $4 postage and choose no insurance of priority shipping on checkout.
