Awning arrived quickly had it installed by a team of builders once it was fitted it was obvious there was an issue it wasn't closing properly I told the seller and sent photos of the problem they said there was nothing wrong with it they offered me 20 pounds I told them no they then offered me 85 and I could keep the awning I told them no eventually we agreed on 300 refund and I would put up with the faulty item it is very cheaply made

Great product and price. Excellent seller. Order despatched same day but package got lost by courier. After a week I contacted seller to see if they could help. They quickly came back to say courier had misplaced package and offered full refund or replacement. I asked for replacement which they despatched same day and it was delivered next day. Arrived as described unfortunately the stand broke whilst I assembled it.
Contacted seller who gave me two options either to exchange it or refund. I requested an exchange and a replacement stand was sent to me very quickly. When it arrived the packaging was damaged but when I assembled the roller stand it was undamaged fortunately and works fine and I am very pleased with it. Informed the seller about damaged packaging when delivered to me who were to follow up the issue with courier.
