Listed as “A brand-new, unused, unopened & undamaged item” but it arrived open. Seller admits they open them as their own quality control is better than Zyxel’s! Router is scuffed so either seller handled it roughly when checking it or it’s refurbished/used which is the real reason the box was open. 2.4GHz Wi-Fi is slow & unreliable. The web GUI SSL cert. is invalid. SMS messages are unreadable in Zyxel’s app. I couldn’t register it. Seller doesn’t accept returns. I am taking this further. Avoid
