Firstly this is NOT Thermos brand but a cheap tinny Chinese lookalike. DO NOT BUY if you want the real thing! Arrived with multiple dents so l informed the seller. Probably the fault of the courier but packaging was minimal too. Reply was late, they apologised, and said l should return for them to inspect. l asked who would pay the postage? So far no response so hence the negative feedback. Paid Ā£8.99, shows value is Ā£7.49 so even if l am refunded, less post back costs l end up with Ā£4? No ta

Seller just offered me a partial refund and to keep the item. l have accepted. lf the response had been faster l would not have made such an issue. It is still not a Thermos brand item though and should not be advertised as such
