The cup and saucer pairs I received were well packaged with plenty of padding to protect them during transit. They arrived in beautiful condition! The seller was great - they reached out to me to explain one piece was slightly different than originally described in the advertisement and they had only just realized the discrepancy. They offered to cancel the order but I did not mind the difference, though I really appreciated their upfront honesty. Shipping was very prompt!
