Ordered on 4th Feb as “Opened - Never Used”. Delivered on the 10th. When I opened the box, the state of the product shows it had definitely been used as the battery cover screw was damaged. Contacted the seller on delivery day to ask for a discount or a refund. I was offered a refund and had to wait until the eBay timer had expired for the shipping label. I then had to ask eBay to issue the refund. Seller lied regarding the condition then made it difficult to return the item. BAD SELLER. AVOID
