The buyer cancelled (though I reluctantly agreed to this) because her (Evri) carriage charge to mainland Scotland was "too expensive". Had the costs been shown and the item not advertised as carriage free I probably would just have paid the total price. I did point out that Royal Mail post to anywhere in the UK for the same universal price.

Buyer was given choice to pay small extra (as half was free) or cancel. Cost was out of my hands. It’s not up to buyers to dictate to sellers which postal service to use. Clearly visible on all seller’s listings which postal service is used.
