About this product

Product Information

Over-the-top pigskin action is unleashed on PSP in this launch title from EA's extreme sports label. As in earlier versions of NFL Street, real-life NFL stars compete in no-rules, sandlot-style games of football, where exaggerated action such as vaulting the entire defensive line or running up a wall to elude a defender are almost commonplace. Successfully performing enough of these special moves and combinations may even reward the player with "GameBreaker" abilities, which can help seal a victory or mount an end-game comeback. This version of NFL Street offers exclusive features, such as "Street Slalom" and "Style Point Challenge," and up to four gamers can compete on the same PSP unit in special mini-game challenges.

  • Definitely not Madden, but fun nevertheless!

Some people will hate this game, some people will love this game. The first reviewer obviously hated it. I, on the other hand couldn't stop playing until I was done with the game! The graphics in this game are typical of PSP games; solid, colorful, detailed graphics that add to the overall game experience. However, there are only a select number of different fields, and playing the same field over and over can get repetitive. The NFL players were well rendered, and the many player appearance customization options were a plus. Adding to the game's overall feel was the different hip hop and rock songs, which seemed very appropriate with the nature of a "street" game. Other than that, sound didn't stand out very much, but it doesn't need to in this type of game. Although the awesome ...

  • the blurr

This game was not handled very well. If you are already a big fan of street games on other systems, then you still might want to think about looking elsewhere. The gameplay goes so fast and the field is so small that doing anything productive is a challenge. It has it's moments, but if you play the new mini game where you run through the alley, you will just laugh at the poor gameplay. In general the NFL street series is pretty enjoyable and it carries over to this game sometimes but I'll stick with the old systems on this one.

  • "Urban" Madden

This game is a pretty good game. It is probably the best football game on the PSP. There is a long campaign and also a lot of mini games. The only thing I did not like about it is the Underground Rap. I am more of a rock person. If you are tired of games like madden this is a good way to get your football fix.

  • The title is exactly what the game is.

I bought this game for my son about 2 months ago.....he loves it for his PSP....He had just gotten his PSP and had no games for it...The price was right...He has had no complaints with the game..
