Seller charged $75 to pack and ship a 2 heavy items. He put the items in a large mostly empty box with a bath towel in the bottom, taped the box and mailed it UPS $38. The box arrived parts mangled. The items banged around the box and against each other as they had been secured in no way, shape or form. I contacted Tracy and he made excuses and even blamed me for choosing to have the item shipped by UPS..which was HIS choice of shipper. I requested shipping refunded 2x and he refused.
