Lovely item, unfortunately due to poor packaging, the necklace arrived squashed and split apart , more than was shown on the images. No padding, no box. An item such as this should be packaged safely not just stuffed in a bubble wrap envelope , it should be boxed. Only giving positive feedback as I was able to spend time to put it back together again, another buyer would have asked for a return! Perhaps a lesson to be learned from this seller.

But that’s not true? It was wrapped in both tissue and bubble wrap? If it was sent in a box, then the postage costs would go up and in my experience, no one will pay for excessive postage.
I’m pleased you were able to re-assemble it but it was listed as needing repair. As for it being squashed - I think not as it was a solid piece and not bendable without deliberate mechanical intervention.
