The item was delivered to me on time but does not do what I thought it would. YouTube shows a video of a guy easily pushing his index finger into the Clay to retrieve enough to massage between his hands and apply to his scalp. Perhaps it's because I'm old but I can't easily penetrate the substance and after I've used the product, my hair becomes less tidy than if I use no Clay at all. I'll not send the product back or contact the seller cuz it's not his fault but I'll never use the Clay again.
