As for postage, the Aramax tracking system seems not to be compatible with the reporting system used by both Ebay and 17 Track, so take everything it reports with a grain of salt. It was reporting that the parcel was delivered when in-fact it was at the first drop (Brisbane depot) off on the trip from the Gold Coast to Beachmere.
