Customer service was 5☆ from paul fast response and amazingly help full generator was delivered 3 days late issue was with haulage company not the seller .paul was answering emails with in minutes during office hours and being helpful with every question I asked would use hampshire generators again 10 out of 10 service

Great customer service! My item failed to be delivered by fedex even though they have reported it as being delivered. Paul who works for Hampshire generators supported me though the whole process chasing fedex for me and helping me prove my parcel wasn’t delivered. He also sent out a new solar generator as soon as fedex accepted fault. He knew I needed the generator for the weekend so he got it out as fast as he could guaranteeing I had it for my camping holiday. Also great product! 5 stars
