Verified purchase
Seller didn't pay correct postage & therefore the package didn't arrive to my house. Parcel got sent to a RM delivery office & £1.50 extra was due. Didn't get what I ordered. Same issue another buyer had from seller & it took 11 days to even receive the leaflet from Royal Mail, after which the buyer still didn't offer a refund.

The full refund was issued. Mistake was made by unexperienced post office worker who was still learning and forgot to check the package weight. The same problem I had with my other packages sent the same day. Problem was finally solved by sending full refund to the buyer.
