    Good but needs improvement

    My first impression was, wow that is enormous. The inside part of the handle looks ridiculously big. It also doesn’t work first time, a little disappointing from Yale. On the plus side, it is a very clever idea. It feels well made and secure too On the whole I think it’s a good product, but needs a little refinement.
