This was not delivered. There is a DELIVERED against it and a photo of a box, but not at my home and wherever it is (if it’s been sent) it is now too late for Christmas.
Have contacted Seller but feel like I’m banging my head against a brick wall. They seem to believe it’s my job to sort out their choice of delivery firm.
No returns policy is one thing but it’s not unreasonable to expect receipt of the goods in the first place.
