Contacted Cambridge, they was very supportive of the problem. Amp however is fabulous. Im so impressed with pre-amp stage, as good as if not better than the sub £250 ones I have used! Bluetooth connection is good, but the quaility is a bit lacking with it. Will look at getting an external DAC when founds alow.

Excellent quality amplifier, very clear sound although the bass control operates at 100hz which I think is too high and doesn't seem to suit my Q Acoustic 5020 speakers (maybe I need a sub?) also, the remote range doesn't seem very good - it has to be pointed directly at the amp. Overall, brilliant value considering the price.
