The items were badly packaged,all the jewellery was lumped in together with no individual wrapping when I pointed this out I got an apology,when told most items were now worthless I was told to send back if not happy.when I asked if a refund would include both sets of postage I was told contact eBay for their policies. Been most unhelpful throughout

I’m selling these items 10£ this buyer send me offer 7.06p I accepted and wel packed and posted buyer received and said some stone misplaced due to postage . I said sorry and if you are not happy you can return it and if you need information you can contact eBay. I already give discount and as I said if you are not happy you can return it but I don’t understand without any reason give me negative feedback .
