Verified purchase

Item listed next day delivery (now changed) but sent by normal courier service. After 48 hours I raised non receipt issue but agreed to accept item if it was ok. On arrival external packaging intact but headphone box opened & damaged - not new. (Witnessed by courier). Loose components rattling in one earpiece so refund requested. Seller agreed but said I must close issues case first. Ebay advised not to do so! Seller blamed me for expecting too much for the price like item as described on time.
