I bought lever pack for 3g144 as described in his listing however it didn't fit and he told me that mine must be a 3g144f therefore wouldn't fit. It's reasonable to assume that if I bought a 3g144 then it would fit the 3g144 f and this wasn't made clear in his listing. Seller would not accept return

The buyer bought the wrong parts for his lock. The item in the sale was clearly described as 3gii4, not 3g114E, but the buyer chanced his arm and assumed I am a lending library. He's blaming me for his lack of knowledge. If he did'nt know what he was doing, he should have passed the job onto someone how is competent enough to do the job. He has the opportunity to re-sell item on ebay.
