The price said $80 for a custom neon sign. Have a nice back and forth communication with the seller, telling him what I want. Made my order and receive the $80 bill. Then this last message from the seller ''The price you buy is the reference price, not the final price. The price is determined according to your design and size. The price of 36 inches is USD 600 including shipping.'' Yes, there was a notice in their webpage, but they never told me that MY price will jump 7.5 times !!!

Our product description clearly states that the price is determined by size and customization requirements. And, the buyer paid a different size in advance while we were still confirming his customization. We didn't get a chance to talk with him.
