I am by no means a techie, so this machine is very user friendly. I highly recommend downloading the Lenovo Vantage app, straight away. It is so helpful, for providing the specs and system info at a glance, plus finding, downloading, and installing system updates. There is a small screen burn spot in the top left edge of the screen, but at this price, I'll take it.

Unwittingly they sent me a US Keyboard version which also had bluetooth disabled. Contacted them, they offered to replace the laptop within two days or I could have a full refund. I opted for the swap. UK version arrived, bluetooth enabled, I had used a September OFFER Voucher which made the refurbished laptop, almost, er, cheap.
