I would 100% recommend this seller, I received my parcel beautifully packaged and in record time. When I opened my parcel, it was the wrong yarn, I contacted the seller immediately, and she immediately sent the correct yarn, which I received the next day. There is a personal touch on her packaging. She also said I could keep the incorrect yarn. I have now donated this to a non profitable charity, and they are very happy with the donation.
