Screen quality excellent. This was to replace a smaller older Samsung Tab and one of the reasons to keep to a Samsung was because we were very happy with our old one and because we were led to believe that transferring data from our old model could be done very easily using software on the old and the new Tabs. Unfortunately it was not as easy as we had hoped. Neither of us are very computer skilled so perhaps we would have done better to have asked one of our grand kids to do it for us but this was perhaps not so much a problem with the machine, more a problem of the aged persons trying to install all as previously on our old machine; Including the new feature of phone capability that we have still to install. Don't let this put you off, the Galaxy Tab A8 is a very good machine and is more than capable to do every thing we want it for. Read full review
