Item not as described: listed as 'new' (fitting packet was already open when I opened the box, with screws missing), and dimensions were incorrect (item's bigger than listed and won't fit in the space). I only discovered the latter when trying to install it today, although I opened the box on delivery, so seller replaced the screws.
Sadly, I've no confidence I'll get a refund, as looking at previous feedback, these issues are common with the seller and I'm past the normal return period.
