Late delivery, VERY, VERY low quality pan and cistern. Pan had crack repaired on factory(?) Dent on ceramic from outside, , cistern rocking on topof the pan, "donat" don't reach the pan at all - had to replaced.Cistern wider then the pan for 20 mm, Toilet seat doesn't match the pan, it's stick out or when pushed in toilet seat doesn't stay up. All parts from different units not matching each other unchecked send as a set. Fitted by fully qualified plumber in our guest suite. In August willskip
