Product Information

NBA Live 08 for PSP includes a number of handheld-exclusive features to help set it apart from the console versions. Players can unlock rewards and items with the new "Crown" tracking system, which monitors statistics and individual achievements in each of the four game modes. Handheld owners can also participate in one of 60 NBA challenges taken from the 2006-07 season, including Gilbert Arenas' 60-point effort against the Los Angeles Lakers. One of the key components in the next-gen versions, "go-to moves," is included to help further distinguish star players from the typical NBA athlete. Kobe Bryant's spin and fadeaway, Tony Parker's hesitation and quick acceleration, and Dwayne Wade's step-back jumper are just some of the moves available. All eight FIBA national teams are also playable, and both Ad-hoc and Infrastructure wireless modes are supported for head-to-head action against a friend.

    NBA Live 08 - Getting Better!

    I am a big fan of NBA Live games. I had most of them for the original Playstation, PS2, and now this is my 2nd for PSP. They have improved a little more to the game since 07. They added a Crown Challenges which are task to complete to receive more in detail ranking. I personally enjoy the online play. It is pretty easy to do so. Just establish an account on ESPN, log in, and search for players. Sometimes the connection is to slow and you may have to exit the game and reenter another. Otherwise, it is fun to play online, but be careful, they rank you! Overall great game! Look forward to next years.

    Good product in very good PRICE

    i have bought thi psp game one month ago and was immediately impressed with the intresting features available on this psp game. It has a good grafics, special psp box and original cover. The game perfect for any one who is looking for a way to spend good time. I have realy NO complaints on that consule game . Very simple features and easily to game with. Overall, I'd recommend the game if you're on a budget.

    Great Game.....Great Features....Reccomended to all NBA Fanatics!!!!! GET IT NOW! Game has awesome features like Dynasty Mode, All Star Game and a new feature called The Crown which you can complete accomplishments and unlock cool and spectacular items such as jerseys and shoes.

    4/5 is my rating for this game

    I love the game so far ever since I bought it, I enjoy play the game while in my free time, however, one thing I dislike is the loading and saving. when I play season mode or playoff than I save them, but I never retrieve them again, all of my save previous game is gone, the save game I save earlier won't be there when I turn the psp system on again.

    Great Game, Good Control and Visuals. Highly Recommend

    I love the smooth gameplay and graphics, along with the mini games. I decided to buy it because I was looking for a great basketball game and EA Sports always has the #1 rated sports games.
