I placed my order for this motorcycle helmet to be shipped from Japan to the US. The package was held by customs until they received the Highway Safety 7 form. I reached back out to the seller and they said they'd sort it out. Unfortunately this took too long and the item was shipped back before the form was submitted. The seller asked to split the shipping to send it again, but I was not interested and they sent me a refund. Great customer service, they just didn't have docs to ship to the US.
