My item turned up but I was confused by the box as the postman handed me a box that said boots on it and when opening it the two items were inside a plastic bag with another delivery bag and it was all opened and on it was another delivery company, so along the way sometime something had gone wrong with my parcel in intrinsic by the looks of it I do think the seller is unaware of this so I will still recommend them and lucky for me my items were not damaged.
