Item poorly packaged in a plastic bag with no protective layer. Bubble wrap or even cardboard package should have been used. Upon requesting help the seller blamed on courior and did not accept any fault from poor packaging and simply blamed the courier. After asking for help the seller said it was down to me to contact courior and she could not do anything as this was now my issue. As seller was not helping i requested a refund for the damage goods. To date No responce has been recieved.
