    Excellent Resource for Fish Recipes

    This is the earlier version of this cookbook so you probably won't find these items served now in the McCormick and Schmick restaurants but you can enjoy the great meals at home. A must for fish lovers!

    Delicious seafood Maryland style

    I initially bought it because one friend was having theri wedding at McCormick and Schmick in Baltimore MD. Since seeing the book I have bought four more to give as gifts. The recipes are great and very uncomplicated.; no unusual ingredients. The pictures are beautiful. Highly recommend this for both experienced and inexperienced cooks.
