The Purchaser agrees that he/she has made or has had the opportunity to make all independent enquiries as to inspect and satisfy him/herself of the true and complete condition of this Damaged Vessel and accepts that there is no guarantee from the Vendor either implied or given as to its condition or fitness for purpose.
 
The Purchaser accepts that it is his/her sole responsibility to ensure that the vessel is repaired to a good standard and is independently examined by a suitably qualified Marine Surveyor before it is used in any way either on or off the water.
 
All liability for this vessel transfers to the Purchaser on the date of purchase and it is advised that the Purchaser takes out a suitable comprehensive marine insurance policy to cover the vessel from said date.
 
Title to this vessel remains with the Vendor until paid for in full in cleared funds.
