This product is not for adult,is only a glorified pillow,disappointed yes,it will do little to support you, the photo are showing the full product at the back is just flat no backing I tried it I had to put a pillow behind it to support that backrest there is no proper backing to it, do not waste your money on that product,ebay is becoming very poluted with that kind of thing unfortunately,go buy a proper pillow in a shop like silentnight again do not waste your money on that
