Communication from seller was very helpful sent them diagnostic cord which was showing fault and they was very helpful in getting back to me they sent me a list of of possible causes which I got checked by the local garage which may have caused fault car was checked and found every thing was sound so needed to purchase a refurbished steering rack these guys was very helpful and the streering rack arrived in 3 days .So had the replacement rack fitted and it as now been a week on the car

    VERY VERY PLEASED

    The Item arrived very quickly and was well packaged. When looking at the item you couldn't tell it was reconditioned it was like new. The garage where I had it fitted was very impressed with the quality. They knew they were getting a reconditioned part and when picking my car up they made a point of coming out to tell me what a good part it was, All instructions were in the box including fault codes for once fitted. The car drives so much better now and very pleased with everything. By buying this part I saved about £700 so would buy from them again (don't expect i'll have to though unless I change my car).
