Really disappointed - the item arrived and had a part of the wedge missing. We arranged to return the item (and have been charged for doing so, which is fine) but the refund hasn’t been processed and the return is now ‘closed’ although the item is confirmed to have been received back. Have tried to communicate further with the seller and they haven’t responded so we’ve now not got the insert and we’re over £20 worse off.
