    Good cleaner except for reasons above

    It is powerful and cleans well I was disappointed that they did not give a spare microfibre cloth and the lead is too short. My previous cleaner had a long enough lead to wash my kitchen, dining room and hallway without changing to another socket

    Awful

    Absolutely awful, 10 minutes use & it stopped working. The lead isn't long enough, the tank isn't big enough either. Am returning, no I wouldn't recommend this steam mop, R.H. products are normally great, but this is gash! Don't waste your money & time on this.

    Good value steam mop

    This a good value floor mop. Unable to give it 5 stars because it left the tiles wetter than expected but cleaned the floor very well. I tried the grout brush which again it didn't quite come up to my expectations. Perhaps I expected too much?
