The seller said he could provide a return label instead of immediately sending one. So, because I was going abroad soon afterwards I posted the package to the seller's address as shown on Ebay. But the seller's return address was not that one, but a different one, not even the "If undelivered return to this address" on the package itself!! So, I still await a refund.

It's a shame that the carrier was Evri, as they are not great at keeping the customer in the loop, and are prone to turn up with no prior notice of estimated delivery time.
