Travel & Leisure Group are a UK Registered Timeshare Resale Company and complies fully with the timeshare act 1992 and all EU/UK amendments post 1992. We act as brokers between private individuals (i.e. existing owners of timeshare) and new buyers.

Price listed includes £295 for legal searches, transfers costs and commission.

The winning bidder will be required to provide us with the full name(s) and address they wish to appear on the paperwork for the purchased timeshare week(s)/points within 24 hours of securing the timeshare. For the winning bidder, all monies relating to the purchase will be held in trust for your peace of mind until the transfer of ownership is complete, under full protection of eBay policy. Contracts will be supplied in writing along with transfer of ownership documentation as requested by the specific resort. For more information please call 01787 881111.

Full checks will be carried out on behalf of the person buying timeshare to ensure that the timeshare is free of encumbrances and there are no outstanding maintenance fees. The buyer of the timeshare will be responsible for the maintenance fee for the year of first occupancy onwards. Both the Buyer and the Seller are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period by EU/UK law.
