I won an auction on Item on 4/15/24. Yesterday, 4/16/24, danho-1327 messaged me stating that due to damage not pictured in the listing, he would be cancelling the order and issuing a refund. I asked him for a picture of the damage and stated that I would probably be ok with the damage. However, the seller issued the refund and has now stopped responding to my messages. I was the only bid so perhaps this was not what he expected, but I won the auction fair. He has breached eBay's policies.
