Took ages to despatch. Long delivery time. When received they were wrong item. Took ages to authorise return. I requested refund as had bought correct items elsewhere in meantime, seller sent out replacement instead of refund and then wouldn't authorise return of them. Said was my fault. Seller took ages to respond to each email, then just didn't bother responding to my last one at all. In the end I used EBay resolution who sorted it out immediately.
